Naimi<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u548c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.likbez.com\/AV\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alexey Voinov \u5f00\u53d1\u3002<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.r-project.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>R<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7528\u4e8e\u7edf\u8ba1\u8ba1\u7b97\u3001\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790\u548c\u56fe\u5f62\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u548c\u514d\u8d39\uff08\u5728 GNU \u901a\u7528\u516c\u5171\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u4e0b\uff09\u548c\u5f00\u6e90\u73af\u5883\u3002R \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u548c\u56fe\u5f62\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u6027\u3002&nbsp;\u5c3d\u7ba1 R \u4f5c\u4e3a\u7edf\u8ba1\u5206\u6790\u548c\u56fe\u5f62\u8868\u793a\u7684\u73af\u5883\u800c\u5e7f\u4e3a\u4eba\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u6b63\u8fc5\u901f\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u9002\u5408\u6570\u5b66\u8ba1\u7b97\u3002&nbsp;R \u7684\u529f\u80fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7528\u6237\u521b\u5efa\u7684\u5305\u8fdb\u884c\u6269\u5c55\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5f00\u53d1\u65b0\u7684\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6280\u672f\u3001\u56fe\u5f62\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u5bfc\u5165\/\u5bfc\u51fa\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u62a5\u544a\u5de5\u5177\u7b49\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u529f\u80fd\u4f7f R \u5982\u6b64\u5f3a\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u6570\u91cf\u53ca\u5176\u529f\u80fd\u5448\u6307\u6570\u589e\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R \u4f7f\u7528\u547d\u4ee4\u884c\u754c\u9762\uff1b\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u56fe\u5f62\u7528\u6237\u754c\u9762\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e R&nbsp;&nbsp;\uff08\u4f8b\u5982<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rstudio.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RStudio<\/a>\u3001<a href=\"http:\/\/sciviews.org\/Tinn-R\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tinn-R<\/a>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Stella<\/strong>\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u4eff\u771f\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec STELLA \u548c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iseesystems.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">iThink<\/a>\u3001<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.powersim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">PowerSim<\/a>\u3001<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.berkelymadonna.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Berkeley Madonna<\/a>\u3001\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vensim.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">VENSIM<\/a>\u3001<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.simulistics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Simile<\/a>\u7b49\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7edf\u52a8\u529b\u5b66\u8f6f\u4ef6\u5728\u5efa\u6a21\u4e2d\u5982\u6b64\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u5b83\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u6765\u7ec4\u5408\u6982\u5ff5\u56fe\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c06\u5b83\u4eec\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u6570\u5b57\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff08Voinov 2008\uff09\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u7a0b\u5e8f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7f16\u7a0b\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\uff08Petzoldt \u548c Rinke 2007\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>StellaR \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6865\u6881\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u540c\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u6982\u5ff5\u5efa\u6a21\u5de5\u5177\u4ee5\u53ca R \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u7f16\u7a0b\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528<strong>Stella<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u60a8\u5728 Stella \u4e2d\u6784\u5efa\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u786e\u4fdd\u5b83\u8fd0\u884c\u5e76\u4ea7\u751f\u4e00\u4e9b\u8f93\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u4e09\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\u5373\u53ef\u5c06 STELLA \u6a21\u578b\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a R \u811a\u672c\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u5c06 STELLA \u65b9\u7a0b\u5bfc\u51fa\u5230\u6587\u672c\u6587\u4ef6<\/li><li>\u4f7f\u7528 StellaR \u7a0b\u5e8f\u5c06\u5bfc\u51fa\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210 R \u811a\u672c\u548c\u6570\u636e\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u5982\u679c\u6709\u7684\u8bdd\uff09<\/li><li>\u5728 R \u4e2d\u6253\u5f00\u811a\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u52a0\u8f7d <a href=\"https:\/\/desolve.r-forge.r-project.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/desolve.r-forge.r-project.org\/\" python \u6e90\u4ee3\u7801\u53ef\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>StellaR \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u4e8e\u547d\u4ee4\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u5b83\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u4ece STELLA \u5bfc\u51fa\u7684\u6587\u672c\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u540d\u79f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca R \u9879\u76ee\u7684\u540d\u79f0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53c2\u6570\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0b\u9762\u4f60\u5c06\u770b\u5230 StellaR \u5728 windows \u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5047\u8bbe\u4ee5\u6587\u672c\u683c\u5f0f\u5bfc\u51fa\u7684 STELLA \u6a21\u578b\u7684\u540d\u79f0\u662f\u201cst.txt\u201d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u60a8\u5728 d:\\test \u4e0a\u62e5\u6709\u8be5\u6587\u4ef6\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u7684 StellaR \u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u6253\u5f00\u547d\u4ee4\u63d0\u793a\u7b26 (cmd.exe)\uff0c\u5c06\u8def\u5f84\u66f4\u6539\u4e3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u76ee\u5f55 (d:\\test)\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u7528 StellaR \u4f5c\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D:\\test&gt; StellaR&nbsp;&nbsp;st.txt&nbsp;&nbsp;st_r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u53c2\u6570\uff08\u5728 StellaR \u4e4b\u540e\uff09\u662f stella \u6a21\u578b\u7684\u540d\u79f0\uff0c\u5bfc\u51fa\u4e3a\u6587\u672c\u683c\u5f0f\uff08st.txt\uff09\uff1b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u53c2\u6570\u662f\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 R st_r\uff09\u3002\u5728\u6587\u4ef6\u5939\u5185\uff0c\u5c06\u521b\u5efa\u81f3\u5c11\u4e24\u4e2a\u6587\u4ef6\uff08R \u811a\u672c\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c STELLA \u6a21\u578b\u5185\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6bcf\u4e2a\u6570\u636e\u9879\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f1a\u521b\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u7684 CSV \u63a7\u5236\u53f0\u4e2d\u952e\u5165\u547d\u4ee4\u6765\u6267\u884c\u5927\u591a\u6570\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u547d\u4ee4\u653e\u5165\u4e00\u4e2a\u540d\u4e3a R \u811a\u672c\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u91cd\u65b0\u8fd0\u884c\u3001\u7f16\u8f91\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5b83\u4eec\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u8f6f\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e R \u4e00\u8d77\u5b89\u88c5\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u5728 R \u4e2d\u7f16\u5199\u811a\u672c\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u6211\u4eec\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86 RStudio\uff08<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rstudio.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.rstudio.org<\/a>\uff09\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f R \u811a\u672c\u7684 IDE\u3002\u5b83\u5df2\u9488\u5bf9\u4e3b\u8981\u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5b9e\u73b0\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u5176\u4ed6\u7684 IDE\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982 Tinn-R\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u5df2\u7ecf\u63d0\u5230\u7684\uff0cSTELLA \u6a21\u578b\u88ab\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210\u4e00\u4e9b R \u811a\u672c\u548c\u6570\u636e\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u8981\u5728 R \u4e2d\u6253\u5f00\u811a\u672c\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5c06\u5de5\u4f5c\u76ee\u5f55\u8bbe\u7f6e\u5230 StellaR \u521b\u5efa\u4e3a R \u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u3002setwd()
