Win7 SP1旗舰版,SAS Providers for OLE DB(64位，英语）装不上
查看日志文件，有以下错误：

1）安装时，是否有在setup.exe上选择以管理员身份运行
2）是否退出安全卫士
3）重新安装VC++ Runtime, 我重新安装了2013,2015-2019（x86和x64)
